MD Location is the controller for personal data collected via the Site and as part of its car rental and concierge business.

The Site has no online payment form; bookings are finalised through direct contact.
Processing is based on the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures, on MD Location's legitimate interest in developing its business, or on your consent where required.
Your data is intended for the MD Location team and, strictly where necessary, its service providers (Site host, WhatsApp/Meta messaging, insurer). It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data related to a simple contact request is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Contractual documents are kept for the legal period applicable to commercial and accounting matters.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@mdlocation.com.

The Site currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Should tracking tools be added in the future, a GDPR-compliant consent banner would be put in place.
