The rules for accessing and using the mdlocation.com website.
These general terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mdlocation.com website ("the Site"), published by MD Location. Browsing the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. MD Location makes every effort to ensure access to the Site 24/7, without any guarantee of absolute continuity and without liability in the event of temporary unavailability, particularly for maintenance.
The Site presents the MD Location fleet and services for informational purposes. No booking is finalised directly online: any request submitted via WhatsApp, phone or email is confirmed by a team member, followed by the signing of a rental agreement at vehicle pick-up.
Rental terms (mileage included, security deposit, cancellation terms) are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Rental and reiterated in the signed contract.
The concierge service described on the Site (renting out vehicles belonging to third parties) is subject to a separate management agreement, signed between the vehicle owner and MD Location, specifying in particular the revenue split and the terms of use of the vehicle.
The content of the Site is protected by intellectual property law. Details of these provisions can be found in the Legal notice.
MD Location cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site — including a service interruption, technical malfunction, or use by a third party of the information it contains.
MD Location reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the Site is consulted.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
