asked questions

What happens if my vehicle is damaged during a rental?+
Your vehicle is covered by fully comprehensive insurance active during every rental. In the event of a claim, MD Location handles all the paperwork with the insurance company. You have nothing to do.
Can I get my vehicle back whenever I want?+
Yes. The management agreement provides for flexible pick-up arrangements. You can retrieve your vehicle for personal use by giving the contractually agreed notice (typically 72h). Your vehicle remains yours.
How is my share of the income calculated?+
Your share is set contractually during the vehicle assessment. It depends on the model, condition, rental value and market conditions. It is clearly stated in the contract and does not change without mutual agreement.
Who pays for vehicle maintenance and cleaning?+
MD Location covers cleaning between each rental. Routine maintenance (oil changes, servicing) is handled according to the terms of the contract. As a rule, routine maintenance costs are deducted from the revenue generated before payout, with no direct cost to you.
How long does the management agreement last?+
The minimum term is 3 renewable months. The contract can be terminated with one month's notice. We favour lasting partnerships, but we understand your needs may change.
When and how am I paid?+
Payout is made monthly by bank transfer, along with a detailed report of the month's rentals. Full transparency, zero surprises.
